Join Richard and Jo for a deeply relaxing sound bath at Chawton Village Hall, near Alton, Hampshire.

This immersive session uses gongs and Tibetan singing bowls to support deep rest, nervous system regulation and a sense of calm. You’ll be guided into stillness as sound and vibration gently wash over you, helping you unwind and reset.
